Aim and Scope of this Journal
The International Journal of Computing, Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original, high-quality research across the converging fields of computing, electrical engineering, electronics, and communication engineering. The journal provides an international platform for theoretical, experimental, and applied contributions that advance both the foundational pillars of these disciplines and the emerging technologies reshaping them.
The journal welcomes work that strengthens core engineering knowledge as well as work that explores new frontiers from established device physics, circuit design, power systems, and communication theory through to next-generation paradigms in intelligent computing, wireless connectivity, and sustainable electrical systems. Submissions are evaluated on technical soundness, originality, clarity, and contribution to the field, regardless of whether they address long-standing problems or newly emerging ones.
The journal publishes research articles, review articles, and short communications (letters). All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review.
Computing
The journal covers traditional areas including algorithms, computer architecture, operating systems, software engineering, databases, and computer networks, alongside emerging directions such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, deep learning, edge and cloud computing, big-data analytics, quantum computing, cybersecurity, blockchain and distributed systems, and high-performance and neuromorphic computing.
Electrical Engineering
Scope includes established topics such as power systems, electrical machines, power electronics, control systems, instrumentation, and high-voltage engineering, as well as emerging areas such as smart grids, renewable energy integration, electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, energy storage and management, microgrids, and intelligent and self-healing power networks.
